How do I make it?

​

  1. Start with baked sweet potatoes (See Recipe)

  2. Preheat the oven to 400F

  3. Mash the sweet potatoes with green peas

  4. Take a bowl and mix together the rest of the ingredients with the sweet potatoes from step 1

  5. Make flat patties and place them in an oven safe container and bake for about 35 mins. At the end of 35 mins, broil at Low for about 10 mins.

  6. Sweet Potato Latkes taste great with some tzaziki dip or hot sauce

  7. Serve your Sweet potato latkes with mint chutney (See Recipe) or tzatziki dip (See Recipe) and Love.
