How do I make it?

Start with baked sweet potatoes (See Recipe)

Preheat the oven to 400F

Mash the sweet potatoes with green peas

Take a bowl and mix together the rest of the ingredients with the sweet potatoes from step 1

Make flat patties and place them in an oven safe container and bake for about 35 mins. At the end of 35 mins, broil at Low for about 10 mins.
