How do I make it?

Take the cucumber, now you can either finely dice it or grate it. I typically grate it into small fine threads

Squeeze all the water out of the cucumber, specially if grated

Squeeze the lemon into bowl that you will use for tzatziki dip
-
Now just mix all the ingredients together in the bowl from step 3

Serve your tzatziki dip with zucchini chips (See Recipe) and Love.
