What do I need?

  1. Full Fat greek Yoghurt

  2. Cucumber

  3. Salt

  4. Pepper

  5. Dill

  6. Thyme

  7. Garlic Powder

  8. Lemon

  9. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

How do I make it?

  1. Take the cucumber, now you can either finely dice it or grate it. I typically grate it into small fine threads

  2. Squeeze all the water out of the cucumber, specially if grated

  3. Squeeze the lemon into bowl that you will use for tzatziki dip

  4. Now just mix all the ingredients together in the bowl from step 3

  5. Serve your tzatziki dip with zucchini chips (See Recipe) and Love.
