How do I make it?

-
Preheat the oven at 375F
-
Take a grinder and churn the onion, garlic, cilantro and green chillies into a paste
-
Take a bowl and whisk the egg in it.
-
Add the churned mixture from step 1. If possible, drain as much water as you can out of the onion garlic paste
-
Add the rest of the ingredients along with chicken and mix well. Squeeze the lemon into the mixture and mix
-
Roll the mixture into bite size kebab like balls. Don't worry if your mixture is too runny or if you are unable to make a ball out of it. Just drop a small handful of the batter into a oven safe container. Believe me they will turn out super soft and awesome
-
Bake for about 30 mins or till the chicken is well cooked
-
Broil on High for 5 mins
-
Serve your Chicken Koobideh with saffron rice (See Recipe), mint chutney (See Recipe), baked veggies (See Recipe) and Love
