How do I make it?

​

  1. Preheat the oven at 400F

  2. Roughly dice the onion and green peppers into big square chunks

  3. Take an oven safe container and add the chopped veggies, salt, pepper and avocado oil

  4. Mix well and put it in the oven

  5. Bake for about 20 mins

  6. Broil on High for 5 mins

  7. Serve your baked veggies with Chicken Koobideh (See Recipe) and Love
