How do I make it?

Take a pan and sautee cauliflower rice on medium heat for about 10 mins. Wait till it loses all of its water and is a little soft

Take the rice out of the pan into a bowl

Take a pan and melt 1 tbsp ghee. Keep the pan on medium heat
-
Add Saffron strands to the pan and on low heat stir for a couple of mins
-
Add raisins and cauliflower rice into the pan and stir well
-
Cook for 5 mins on low heat with lid on

Serve your saffron rice with Chicken Koobideh (See Recipe) and Love
