How do I make it?

​

  1. Take a pan and sautee cauliflower rice on medium heat for about 10 mins. Wait till it loses all of its water and is a little soft

  2. Take the rice out of the pan into a bowl

  3. Take a pan and melt 1 tbsp ghee. Keep the pan on medium heat

  4. Add Saffron strands to the pan and on low heat stir for a couple of mins

  5. Add raisins and cauliflower rice into the pan and stir well

  6. Cook for 5 mins on low heat with lid on

  7. Serve your saffron rice with Chicken Koobideh (See Recipe) and Love
