How do I make it?

-
Preheat over 300F
-
Slice your zucchini along the width as thin as possible
-
Take an oven safe container and pour the extra virgin olive oil in the container
-
Put all the zucchini slices in the container and mix well with the extra virgin olive oil, making sure both sides of the slices are well dressed in oil
-
Take a small bowl and add garlic powder, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Mix well
-
Now take the olive oil dressed zucchini slice and coat them with the mixture from step 5. I typically drop the slice in the bowl and then flip it, ensuring both sides are well dusted with the mixture
-
Place the slices in oven safe container ensuring none of the slices overlap each other
-
Bake for 75 mins
-
Zuchini chips will first lose water and then become crispy
-
Serve your zucchini chips with tzaziki dip (See Recipe) and Love.
