How do I make it?

  1. For the Patty:

  2. Start with ground turkey

  3. Take a bowl and mix together the rest of the ingredients for the patty with the ground turkey

  4. Take a pan and heat some avocado oil in it on medium flame

  5. Make flat patties and place them in the pan and cook on both sides. This typcally takes 25-30 mins.

  6. Last few minutes raise the heat to high and cook on both sides tomake it crispy

  7. For the burger bun:

  8. Preheat oven at 350F

  9. Take a bowl and mix together the rest of the ingredients well

  10. I like to make these in muffin pan. So pour the mixture equally in the muffin cups. Fill them till half the level, as they will rise during the baking process

  11. Bake for about 10 mins. They are done when a stick comes out clean when poked into the bread

  12. For the veggies:

  13. Take a large pan and melt butter on medium flame

  14. Slice onions, green peppers and mushrooms along the length

  15. Add onions and green peppers and sautee on medium flame till they are golden. Also add salt and pepper

  16. Assemble

  17. Start off with a burger bun and place cheese followed by patty followed by cheese followed by the sauteed veggies and top with the bun

  18. Place it in the hot oven for 10 mins. You don’t need to tunr the oven on as you would have just used the oven, it would still be warm.

  19. Serve your burger with some zucchini tater tots (See Recipe), mint chutney (See Recipe) and Love.
