How do I make it?

Cut chicken into small bite size pieces

Take a pan and heat some ghee in it on medium flame

Now add green chillies, garlic and ginger to the pan and sautee till the garlic turns golden brown

Add chicken to the pan and cook till chicken is well cooked. About 15-20 mins on medium flame

In a bowl mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt and pepper
-
Add the mixture to the pan, stir well and cook for 10 mins on high flame
-
Grab a handful of holy basil, toss it into the pan, fold it into the chicken, and then immediately turn off the heat
