How do I make it?

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry cauliflower, then remove all greens and cut into 4 even sections

  2. With a  grater (with medium-sized holes), or a food processor (with the grater attachment) grate the cauliflower into the size of rice. I also end up grating the stems of cauliflower as they are packed with good nutrients

  3. Serve your cauliflower rice as egg fried rice (See Recipe) and with Love.
