How do I make it?

- 
Dice the onions and peppers 
- 
Finely chop the spinach 
- 
Take a pan and melt the butter on medium flame 
- 
Sautee the onions in the pan till they turn a little brown and then add peppers 
- 
Cook till the peppers are a little soft yet crunchy, about 5 mins 
- 
In the meantime, crack the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper 
- 
Whisk the eggs till they turn milky and creamy 
- 
Add the chopped spinach from step 2 to the egg mixture in the bowl 
- 
Lower the pan flame to low, and add the egg mixture to the pan. 
- 
Constantly stir the eggs up on low flame 
- 
Cook till they are done per your taste. Some people like them soft and creamy some people like their eggs well done 
-
