What do I need?

How do I make it?

​

  1. Dice the onions and peppers

  2. Finely chop the spinach

  3. Take a pan and melt the butter on medium flame

  4. Sautee the onions in the pan till they turn a little brown and then add peppers

  5. Cook till the peppers are a little soft yet crunchy, about 5 mins

  6. In the meantime, crack the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper

  7. Whisk the eggs till they turn milky and creamy

  8. Add the chopped spinach from step 2 to the egg mixture in the bowl

  9. Lower the pan flame to low, and add the egg mixture to the pan.

  10.  Constantly stir the eggs up on low flame

  11. Cook till they are done per your taste. Some people like them soft and creamy some people like their eggs well done

  12. Serve your Spinachy eggs with freshly baked bread (See Recipe) and Love.
