I don't understand the measurements!

Show me your TIPS.

How do I make it?

  1. Dice the onions and finely chop the spinach

  2. Take a pan and melt 1/2 tbsp of butter on medium flame

  3. Sautee the onions in the pan till they turn a little brown. Then add spinach and cook till they wilt

  4. Take the onions and spinach mixture out of the pan and let them cool down

  5. In the meantime, crack the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper

  6. Whisk the eggs till they turn milky and creamy. Now add the onion and spinach mixture from step 4 to the eggs and mix well

  7. Take a pan and melt the butter (1/4 tbsp) on medium-low flame

  8. Once the butter has melted add half of the the egg mixture to the pan

  9. Make sure to keep the flame more towards the lower side, to avoid over cooking the omelet

  10. After about 3-4 mins check if the lower side is well cooked

  11. Flip the omelet. I sometimes like to butter my spatula a little to avoid the omelet from slipping off and breaking

  12. Cook till the other side is done per your taste. When done spread some cheese. Fold the omelet and move to the plate

  13. Repeat steps 7-12 for more omelets

  14. Serve your Spinach Omelet with fresh baked bread (See Recipe) and Love.
