How do I make it?

  1. Take a large salad bowl and add mixed greens to it

  2. Dice the baked sweet potatoes (See Recipe) into one inch pieces 

  3. Dice green peppers and tomatoes. Slice the olives into 2-3 slices. Add the diced veggies and olives to the salad bowl

  4. Finally add red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil and mix well

  5. Serve your sweet potato salad with Love.
