How do I make it?

Take a large salad bowl and add mixed greens to it

Dice the baked sweet potatoes (See Recipe) into one inch pieces

Dice green peppers and tomatoes. Slice the olives into 2-3 slices. Add the diced veggies and olives to the salad bowl
