How do I make it?

Use a zucchini noodle maker to make your noodles

Slice your onion and green pepper along the length

Take a pan add some avocado oil and sautée onion and green pepper till they turn golden brown

In the meantime take a bowl mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, hot sauce, thai red pepper paste, red chilli powder salt, pepper, garlic and grated ginger
-
Add the bowl contents to the pan and cook for 5 mins

Now add water or chicken/vegetable stock and add the zucchini noodles
-
Whisk the egg, use a slotted spoon to drop it in the pan

Cook with lid on for 10 mins
