How do I make it?

​

  1. Take a large pan and melt some better on low flame

  2. Softly crack 4 eggs on the pan. You can also do this in batches

  3. Keep the flame low and cover the pan with a lid

  4. Let the white portion cook for about 5 mins

  5. Keep checking the eggs every 2-3 mins to make sure that the yellow of the egg does not get cooked. To check just slightly shake the pan, the yellow part should jiggle

  6. When they are about to be done increase the flame to high and let them cook for another 2 mins. We are doing this to make our eggs nice and crispy. If you do not like your eggs crispy skip this step

  7. Take the eggs off the pan into a plate and sprinkle some salt and pepper.

  8. Serve your sunny side up eggs with Love.
