How do I make it?

  1. Dice the onions and orange peppers

  2. Take a pan and melt 1/2 tbsp of butter on medium flame

  3.  Sautee the onions and orange peppers in the pan till they turn a little brown

  4.  In the meantime, crack the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper

  5. Whisk the eggs till they turn milky and creamy

  6. Keeping the flame more towards the lower side, add the egg mixture to the pan with the sauteed onions and peppers

  7. Constantly stir the eggs up on low flame

  8. Cook till they are done per your taste. Some people like them soft and creamy some people like their eggs well done
