How do I make it?

-
Dice the onions and green peppers
-
Take a pan and melt 1/2 tbsp of butter on medium flame
-
Sautee the onions and green peppers in the pan till they turn a little brown
-
Take the onions and green peppers out of the pan and let them cool down
-
In the meantime, crack the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper
-
Whisk the eggs till they turn milky and creamy. Once done add the onion and peppers from step 4 to the egg mixture and mix well
-
Take a pan and melt the butter (1/4 tbsp) on medium-low flame
-
Once the butter has melted add half of the the egg mixture to the pan
-
Make sure to keep the flame more towards the lower side, to avoid over cooking the omelet
-
After about 3-4 mins check if the lower side is well cooked
-
Flip the omelet. I sometimes like to butter my spatula a little to avoid the omelet from slipping off and breaking
-
Cook till the other side is done per your taste. When done fold the omelet and move to the plate
-
Repeat steps 7-12 for more omelets
-
Serve your Onion & Green Peppers Omelet with freshly baked bread (See Recipe) and Love.
