What do I need?

  1. Butter

  2. Eggs

  3. Feta Cheese

  4. Onion

  5. Olives

  6. Salt

  7. Pepper

How do I make it?

​

  1. Dice the onions into 1 inch cubes

  2. Slice the olives and keep them aside

  3. Take a pan and melt butter on medium flame

  4. Sautee the onions in the pan till they turn a little brown

  5. In the meantime, crack the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper

  6. Whisk the eggs till they turn milky and creamy

  7. Add the sliced olives from step 2 to the egg mixture in the bowl

  8. Lower the pan flame to low, and add the egg mixture to the pan

  9. Constantly stir the eggs on low flame till you acquire the texture that you like. Some people like them soft and creamy some people like their eggs well done

  10. When they are almost ready, crumple the feta and give it a final stir

  11. Serve your Greek Egg Scramble with freshly baked bread (See Recipe) and Love.
