How do I make it?

​

  1. Take a pan and heat some ghee in it on medium flame

  2. Now add garlic to the pan and sautee till the garlic turns golden brown

  3. Add Onions to the pan and cook till onion turns golden brown.

  4. Now add mushrooms to the pan and cook till they lose all of thir water

  5. Add the cauliflower rice and cook for 5 mins with lid on

  6. Add parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder and marsala wine and stir well. Cook for another 10 mins with lid open

  7. Finally take the pan off the flame and add some parmesan cheese and mix well.

  8. Serve your mushroom risotto with garlic bread (See Recipe) and Love
