What do I need?

  4. Ghee (Clarified Butter)

  5. Salt

How do I make it?

  1. Dice the onions and mushrooms

  2. Take a pan and melt 1 tbsp of ghee on medium flame.

  3. Sautee the onions in the pan till they turn a little brown. This would take about 5 mins. Then add mushrooms and cook till they lose their water and become brown. About 5 mins

  4. In the meantime, crack the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper

  5. Whisk the eggs till they turn milky and creamy

  6. Add the eggs to the pan and keep stirring on medium-low flame

  7. Keep stirring and cooking till your eggs are done. About 10 mins

  8. Serve your Mushroom and Onion Scrambled Eggs with fresh baked bread (See Recipe) and Love.
