How do I make it?

Dice the onions and mushrooms

Take a pan and melt 1 tbsp of ghee on medium flame.

Sautee the onions in the pan till they turn a little brown. This would take about 5 mins. Then add mushrooms and cook till they lose their water and become brown. About 5 mins

In the meantime, crack the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper

Whisk the eggs till they turn milky and creamy

Add the eggs to the pan and keep stirring on medium-low flame

Keep stirring and cooking till your eggs are done. About 10 mins
