How do I make it?

  1. Dice the onions, garlic and tomatoes

  2. Take a pan and pour 2 tbsp of olive oil. Keep the pan on medium heat

  3. Add onions and garlic, sautee on medium flame till they are golden. Also add salt and pepper

  4. Now add tomatoes  and sautee till they  lose all of the water and become like a paste (about 15-20 mins). Stir every 5- 10 mins

  5. Finally add oregano, basil, crushed red pepper and stir well. Turn the heat off

  6. Let the pan and its contents cool down

  7. Take the contents of the pan and put them in a blender. Blend on high for a couple of minutes till it becomes like a sauce

  8. Pour the sauce back into the pan

  9. Serve your classic marinara sauce on pizza (See Recipe) or pasta (See Recipe) and with Love.
