How do I make it?

​

  1. Clean the lamb well and chop it into smaller pieces (as much as you can). Don't discard the bone, we will add it to the stew

  2. Take a pan and melt ghee in it

  3. Chop onion, green pepper, carrots and turnip

  4. Add the veggies to the pan and cook for 10 mins on high flame

  5. Now add parsley, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, cumin powder and pepper and stir for 2 mins

  6. Now add 4 cups of water and add the lamb. If you want you can add more water to it

  7. Cover with lid and cook for 30 mins or till the lamb is well cooked

  8. Serve your lamb stew with garlic bread (See Recipe) and with Love.
