How do I make it?

Clean the lamb well and chop it into smaller pieces (as much as you can). Don't discard the bone, we will add it to the stew
-
Take a pan and melt ghee in it

Chop onion, green pepper, carrots and turnip
-
Add the veggies to the pan and cook for 10 mins on high flame
-
Now add parsley, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, cumin powder and pepper and stir for 2 mins
-
Now add 4 cups of water and add the lamb. If you want you can add more water to it
-
Cover with lid and cook for 30 mins or till the lamb is well cooked

Serve your lamb stew with garlic bread (See Recipe) and with Love.
