  1. Tofu

  2. Avocado Oil

10 oz or 1 packet Extra firm

How do I make it?

  1. Take a pan and heat avocado oil on medium heat.

  2. Dice the tofu into pieces about 1 inch length

  3. Add the tofu to the pan keeping the heat at medium

  4. Flip the tofu every 5 mins

  5. Usually the tofu becomes nice and crispy in about 15 mins

  6. But if you like them more crispy continue flipping them

  7. Serve your fried tofu with chimichurri (See Recipe) and Love.
