How do I make it?

Take a pan and heat avocado oil on medium heat.

Dice the tofu into pieces about 1 inch length

Add the tofu to the pan keeping the heat at medium

Flip the tofu every 5 mins

Usually the tofu becomes nice and crispy in about 15 mins

But if you like them more crispy continue flipping them
