How do I make it?
-
Take a pan and add cauliflower rice to it and cook for 10 mins. Until it has lost all the water and is soft. Be careful to not overcook
-
In the meantime crack 4 eggs in a bowl and add salt, tumeric, cumin powder, garam masala, pepper, chilli powder and whisk well. If you do not have garam masala, you can add any kind of dry spices of your choice
-
Finely chop the onion and add it to the eggs from step 2
-
Once the cauliflower rice is cooked take it out into a bowl. In the same pan melt 1 tbsp of ghee on medium flame
-
Now add the egg mixture from step 3 to the pan and cook on medium-low flame for 3-4 mins
-
When you see that the egg is only half cooked add the cooked cauliflower rice back to the pan and stir well
-
Cook for another 5 mins or till you see that the egg is well cooked
-
Serve your egg fried rice with hot sauce and Love.
