How do I make it?

Use a zucchini noodle maker to make your noodles

Steam noodles in a pan for 10 mins to make them a little soft yet crispy

In the meantime, slice yoru onion and green pepper along the length

Take the noodles out in a bowl when ready. In the same pan add some avocado oil and sautée onion and green pepper till they turn golden brown
-
In the meantime take a blender and blend together avocado, garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

Add the blended mixture and noodles to the pan from step 4

Stir on medium heat for 5 mins
