How do I make it?

​

  1. Use a zucchini noodle maker to make your noodles

  2. Steam noodles in a pan for 10 mins to make them a little soft yet crispy

  3. In the meantime, slice yoru onion and green pepper along the length

  4. Take the noodles out in a bowl when ready. In the same pan add some avocado oil and sautée onion and green pepper till they turn golden brown

  5. In the meantime take a blender and blend together avocado, garlic, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

  6. Add the blended mixture and noodles to the pan from step 4

  7. Stir on medium heat for 5 mins

  8. Serve your creamy noodles with some garlic bread (See Recipe) and Love
