How do I make it?

Dice the onions, mushrooms and green peppers

Take a pan and melt 1/2 tbsp of butter on medium flame.

Sautee the onions and green peppers in the pan till they turn a little brown. Then add mushrooms and cook till they lose their water and then turn brown

Take the onions, mushrooms and green peppers out of the pan and let them cool down
-
In the meantime, crack the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper
-
Whisk the eggs till they turn milky and creamy
-
Take a pan and melt the butter (1/4 tbsp) on medium-low flame
-
Once the butter has melted add half of the the egg mixture to the pan
-
Make sure to keep the flame more towards the lower side, to avoid over cooking the omelet

After about 3-4 mins check if the lower side is well cooked
-
Flip the omelet. I sometimes like to butter my spatula a little to avoid the omelet from slipping off and breaking
-
Cook till the other side is done per your taste. When done place the sauteed veggies from step 4 and place them on any half of the omelet. Spread some cheese. Fold the omelet and move to the plate

Repeat steps 7-12 for more omelets
