How do I make it?

  1. Preheat over 350F

  2. Chop broccoli spears into small pieces. Take a pan and add chopped broccoli. Let the broccoli steam for 10-15 mins

  3. Once broccoli is steamed let it cool for a bit

  4. In the meatime take a blender and blend chia seeds into fine powder. Don't discard the blender jar, we will use it again

  5. Take the chopped broccoli and blend it on high in the blender. Use muslin cloth to drain all of the water from blended broccoli

  6. Take the blender again and add all the ingredients. Blend on high

  7. Take an oven safe container and line it with parchment paper

  8. Make small balls of the batter and place them on parchment paper. Don't be scared if your batter is a little runny/fluid/sticky. Try your best to make small rounds out of it. Believe me they were turn out as yummy fritters

  9. Bake for 25 mins. They will be done when you poke a toothpick or a fork and it comes out clean

  10. Serve your broccoli kebab with some horseradish sauce or chimichurri (See Recipe) and Love.
