How do I make it?

-
Preheat over 350F
-
Chop broccoli spears into small pieces. Take a pan and add chopped broccoli. Let the broccoli steam for 10-15 mins
-
Once broccoli is steamed let it cool for a bit
-
In the meatime take a blender and blend chia seeds into fine powder. Don't discard the blender jar, we will use it again
-
Take the chopped broccoli and blend it on high in the blender. Use muslin cloth to drain all of the water from blended broccoli
-
Take the blender again and add all the ingredients. Blend on high
-
Take an oven safe container and line it with parchment paper
-
Make small balls of the batter and place them on parchment paper. Don't be scared if your batter is a little runny/fluid/sticky. Try your best to make small rounds out of it. Believe me they were turn out as yummy fritters
-
Bake for 25 mins. They will be done when you poke a toothpick or a fork and it comes out clean
-
Serve your broccoli kebab with some horseradish sauce or chimichurri (See Recipe) and Love.
