How do I make it?

​

  1. Preheat oven at 425F

  2. Churn cauliflower in a blender till it is fine and rice like texture

  3. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp of water and pinch of salt. Cook the blended cauliflower in the pan for 10 mins

  4. Once the cauliflower is cooked take it our of the pan in a plate and let it cool down completely. Take a muslin cloth and squeeze all the water out. There is a lot of water in cauliflower make sure you squeeze all of the water out or your pizza will not be crispy

  5. Take a blender and churn the chia seeds on high speed till them become powder. Make sre your blender is absolutely dry

  6. Take a bowl and whisk the egg in it. Now add the chia seed powder from step 5 and cauliflower from step 4 to the same bowl

  7. Add avocado oil, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder to the bowl from step 6 and mix well

  8. Take a big oven safe container and place parchment paper. I highly recommend placing parchment paper as it will help later to slide the pzza off

  9. Bake the pizza in the oven for 50 mins

  10. While the pizza is baking you can get the topping ready

  11. Start with marinara (See Recipe)

  12. Dice the onions, peppers and mushrooms. Feel free to add your own medley of veggies

  13. Once the pizza is ready, spread the marinara sauce and place your veggies. Also top it off with some cheddar cheese

  14. And place it back into the oven for 10-15 mins or till the veggies become nice and crisp.Cheese should also be bubbling my now

  15. Take it out and cut into 4 slices

  16. Serve your american cauliflower pizza with Love.
