How do I make it?

Preheat the oven at 425F

Wash the chicken well and pat dry

Finely slice the onion and green chillies. Chop the cilantro and squeeze the lemon (2 lemon).

Take a bowl and mix together the sliced onion, green chillies, chopped cilantro, garlic clove, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and lemon juice.

Melt the butter and apply it all over the chicken. Next squeeze some lemon juice (1 lemon) all over the chicken and rub the chicken with that lemon juice.

Stuff the mixture from step 3 inside the cavity and also place some on the outside in the oven baking tray

Bake for 1.5 hours. Keep checking to make sure it doesnt get too dry
