How do I make it?

​

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F

  2. Finely grate  zucchini. You can also just throw it in the blender and blend well.

  3. Take a muslin cloth and make sure your drain all of the water. There is a lot of water in zucchini, drain all of it or the latkes wont be crispy

  4. Finely chop onions. 

  5. Take a bowl and mix the zucchini from step 2 with onion, salt, garam masala (or any seasoning mix that you may have at home), whey protein, salt, pepper, green peas and avocado oil

  6. Make round balls and place them in an oven safe container and bake for about 45 mins. And last 10 mins put them on Low Broil for crispness

  7. Serve your vegetable kofta kebab with mint chutney (See Recipe) and Love.
