  3. Sugar (or any substitute)

  4. Vanilla Extract

How do I make it?

  1. Add heavy cream to a mixing bowl and whip on high for several minutes until stiff peaks form.

  2. Take the coconut cream in a different bowl and mix in the sugar and vanilla extract while it is cold. Do not add the water of the cream, just use the cream part.

  3. Gently fold the coconut cream into the whipped heavy cream

  4. Freeze for at least 12 hours

  5. Serve your vanilla coconut icecream with avocado paleo brownie (See Recipe) and Love
