How do I make it?

-
Take a pan and add cauliflower rice to it and cook for 10 mins. Until it has lost all the water and is soft. Be careful to not overcook
-
In the meantime take yoghurt in a bowl and add salt, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala, pepper, chilli powder and whisk well to remove any lumps. If you do not have garam masala, you can add any kind of dry spices of your choice
-
Take it out in a bowl once done
-
Finely chop the onion and tomatoes
-
Take a pan and add ghee. Keep the pan on medium heat
-
Add onions and tomatoes and sautee on medium flame for 10 mins.
-
Now add the cauliflower rice back to the pan and add the yoghurt mixture from step 2
-
Turn the flame on low and continously stir for about 5 mins. Once done turn the flame off
-
Serve your tomato yoghurt rice with Love.
