  1. Sweet Potato

  2. Ghee (Clarified Butter)

  3. Feta Cheese

  4. Olives

  5. Salt

How do I make it?

​

  1. Start by making zoodles out of the sweet potato

  2. Take a pan and melt the ghee in it

  3. Add the noodles and cook till sweet potato is soft but not too mushy, about 15-20 mins

  4. Turn the flame off and add feta, olives and salt. Mix well

  5. Serve your noodles with some garlic bread (See Recipe) and Love
