How do I make it?

Start with making thin strips of sweet potato

Take a pan and melt the ghee in it and add milk to it

Add the sweet potato strips, sugar, saffron strands and cardamom powder

Let the milk come to a boil and reduce the flame to low

Cook till sweet potato is well cooked, about 20 mins. Keep stirring to ensure that the milk doesn't get burnt
