What do I need?

  1. Sweet Potato

  2. Grass Fed Whole Milk

  3. Sugar (or any substitute)

  4. Cardamom Powder

  5. Saffron Strands

  6. Ghee (Clarified Butter)

How do I make it?

  1. Start with making thin strips of sweet potato

  2. Take a pan and melt the ghee in it and add milk to it

  3. Add the sweet potato strips, sugar, saffron strands and cardamom powder

  4. Let the milk come to a boil and reduce the flame to low

  5. Cook till sweet potato is well cooked, about 20 mins. Keep stirring to ensure that the milk doesn't get burnt

  6. Serve your sweet potato pudding warm or cold and with Love
