  4. Cheddar Cheese

  5. Cumin Powder

How do I make it?

​

  1. Preheat the oven at 350 F 

  2. Scoop out the squash to create some space for our filling. Don't throw away the scooped out pieces of squash

  3. Chop onions, scooped out squash and tomatoes finely

  4. Take a pan and melt ghee in it

  5. Add onions to the pan and sautee till they turn golden brown

  6. Add tomatoes, scooped out squash, cumin powder, salt, pepper and garlic powder

  7. Sautee till all of the water from tomatoes has evaporated

  8. Now fill the hollow of the squash with the filling from step 7

  9. Add some cheese on top

  10. Bake the squash boats for about 30 mins

  11. Serve your squash boat with Love.
