How do I make it?

Preheat the oven at 350 F
-
Scoop out the squash to create some space for our filling. Don't throw away the scooped out pieces of squash

Chop onions, scooped out squash and tomatoes finely

Take a pan and melt ghee in it

Add onions to the pan and sautee till they turn golden brown
-
Add tomatoes, scooped out squash, cumin powder, salt, pepper and garlic powder
-
Sautee till all of the water from tomatoes has evaporated

Now fill the hollow of the squash with the filling from step 7

Add some cheese on top

Bake the squash boats for about 30 mins
