SPINACH YOGHURT SOUP

What do I need?

​

  1. Full fat Greek Yoghurt

  2. Spinach

  3. Salt

  4. Garlic

  5. Green Chillies

How do I make it?

​

  1. Start with taking the greek yoghurt in a blender. To that add 5 cups of water

  2. Blend at high speed for about 30 mins

  3. Take a deep pan and keep it on low flame

  4. Now add the blended yoghurt to the pan

  5. Keep stirring constantly till the yoghurt is heated up

  6. Now add all of the spinach and salt per taste to the pan

  7. Keep stirring the ingredients in the pan for 30 mins and let it cook on low flame

  8. In the meantime, chop garlic and green chillies. If you have mortar and pestle, I would suggest grinding garlic and green chillies in it. Gives the soup more flavor

  9. Once 30 mins cooking time is over, pour the garlic and green chillies mixture into the pan

  10. Turn the flame/gas off and stir for about 2 mins. Cover with lid and let the pan sit for 10 mins before you serve

  11. Pour some into a bowl

  12. Serve your Spinach and Yoghurt soup with some ghee (clarified butter) and Love.
