How do I make it?
-
Start off by chopping the onions, green pepper and tomatoes. Dice them as small as possible
-
Heat a pan on medium-low flame and melt the ghee in it
-
Once the ghee has melted add cumin powder and let it cook for a couple of mins. It is cooked when you can smell the aroma of dry spices
-
Now add onions and green peppers and sautee till they turn golden brown. Keep the flame on medium
-
In the meantime blend the ginger and garlic into a paste
-
Once the onions are done add ginger garlic and sautee for about 3 mins
-
Add tomatoes to the pan from step 6 and cook till the tomatoes lose all of the water. Keep stirring every 5-10 mins
-
Add salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes and stir for couple of minutes. Bring the flame to a low
-
In the meantime chop the mushrooms
-
Add the mushrooms to the pan from step 11
-
Let them simmer on medium-low flame for about 15 mins with lid on
-
