How do I make it?

  1. Start off by chopping the onions, green pepper and tomatoes. Dice them as small as possible

  2. Heat a pan on medium-low flame and melt the ghee in it

  3. Once the ghee has melted add cumin powder and let it cook for a couple of mins. It is cooked when you can smell the aroma of dry spices

  4. Now add onions and green peppers and sautee till they turn golden brown. Keep the flame on medium

  5. In the meantime blend the ginger and garlic into a paste

  6. Once the onions are done add ginger garlic and sautee for about 3 mins

  7. Add tomatoes to the pan from step 6 and cook till the tomatoes lose all of the water.  Keep stirring every 5-10 mins

  8. Add salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes and stir for couple of minutes. Bring the flame to a low

  9. In the meantime chop the mushrooms

  10. Add the mushrooms to the pan from step 11

  11. Let them simmer on medium-low flame for about 15 mins with lid on

  12. Serve your Spicy Mushrooms with Love.
