How do I make it?

Take a pan and melt ghee in it.

Keeping the flame at medium heat and add protein powder, water and sugar to the pan

Keep stirring for a couple of minutes. At this point the batter will become super sticky

Turn the flame off and let the batter cool down so that you can roll it into balls using your hands

Once ready, take a small plate and spread coconut flakes into it

Roll the batter into small bite sized balls and then roll the ball in the coconut flakes to lighlty coat the energy balls. You can serve them warm or at room termperature

You can keep the balls in refrigerator for about 1 week.
