  2. Onion

  3. Green peppers

  4. Tomato

  5. Salt

  6. Pepper

  7. Dried Oregano

  8. Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced

  9. Avocado Oil

How do I make it?

​

  1. Preheat the oven at 375F

  2. Wash the portobello mushroom cap well and pull out the stem

  3. Brush the inside (stem area) with avocado oil

  4. Finely dice the onion, tomato and green peppers

  5. Spread them on the inside and add salt, pepper and oregano

  6. Finally place the slice of the cheese

  7. Bake in the oven for about 20 mins, till the mushroom is well cooked. The mushroom will leave some water, a slotted pan will help

  8. Broil on High for 5 mins

  9. Serve your portobello pizza with Love
