How do I make it?

Dice paneer into 1 inch cubes and keep them in a bowl

Squeeze lemon juice on top of the paneer cubes. Add all of the ingredients except ghee to the bowl. Mix well

Keep the paneer aside for 15 mins

Heat a pan on medium-low flame and melt the ghee in it

Once the ghee has melted add paneer to the pan

Every 2 mins flip the paneer

Your paneer is done when it is light brown and looks crispy on any 2 sides of each cube
