What do I need?

  1. Paneer

  2. Cumin Powder

  3. Chaat Masala

  4. Salt

  5. Coriander Powder

  6. Garam Masala

  7. Chilli Powder

  8. Turmeric

  9. Lemon

  10. Ghee (clarified butter)

How do I make it?

  1. Dice paneer into 1 inch cubes and keep them in a bowl

  2. Squeeze lemon juice on top of the paneer cubes. Add all of the ingredients except ghee to the bowl. Mix well

  3. Keep the paneer aside for 15 mins

  4. Heat a pan on medium-low flame and melt the ghee in it

  5. Once the ghee has melted add paneer to the pan

  6. Every 2 mins flip the paneer

  7. Your paneer is done when it is light brown and looks crispy on any 2 sides of each cube

  8. Serve your Paneer Tikka with mint chutney (See Recipe) and Love.
