What do I need?

  1. Spinach

  2. Beef Steak Tomato

  3. Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced

  4. Burrata Mozzarella Cheese

  5. Basil Leaves

  6. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  7. Balsamic Vinegar

How do I make it?

​

  1.  Take a salad plate and spread some fresh spinach leaves and basil leaves on it. Make sure you have washed your basil leaves well

  2. Slice the tomato into thin slices. Place the sliced tomatoes on the circumference of your salad plate but still on the spinach leaves

  3. Place the mozzarella slices on top off the tomatoes. And the burrata mozzarella cheese in the center. The placement will not change the taste of your salad though

  4. Finally pour extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top off your salad

  5. Serve your mozzarella salad with Love.
