How do I make it?

​

  1. Take a big salad bowl and add some fresh spinach and caesar leaves

  2. Dice yellow peppers, tomato, cucumber and heart of palms in one inch cubes. Add the diced veggies to the salad bowl

  3. Also slice the almonds along the length and slice the olives along the width. Add slices almonds and olives to the salad bowl

  4. Finally add capers and extra virgin olive oil and mix well

  5. Top off your salad with some freshly grated parmesan cheese

  6. Serve your mixed vegetable salad with Love.
