What do I need?

How do I make it?

  1. Take a blender jar and crack 2 eggs, and to the jar add ricotta cheese, whey protein, salt and garlic powder

  2. Blend the mixture on high for about 30 seconds. Stop the blender and give it 2-3 additional pulses

  3. Take a pan and melt 1/3 tbsp of butter and make sure the pan is well coated with the butter

  4. Pour 1/3 of the batter on the pan and keep the flame on medium-low. Cover the pan with lid

  5. After about 90 seconds lift the lid and check if you see small holes on the top side of pancake -the one facing you

  6. Typically this is the time your lasagna sheet is ready to be flipped

  7. Flip the lasagna sheet and cook for about 1 min

  8. A lot depends on the type of pan as well, so it might take 1 try for you to figure out how long you need to cook your lasagna sheet

  9. Repeat steps 3-8 for more servings

  10. Serve them hot with some butter or make some yummy Lasagna and serve with Love.
