  1. Tofu

  2. Kale

  3. Almonds

  4. Avocado Oil

How do I make it?

​

  1. Dice tofu into small 1 inch pieces. And chop the almonds along the length

  2. Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp avocado oil on medium heat

  3. Add the tofu to the pan keeping the heat at medium

  4. Flip the tofu every 5 mins

  5. Usually the tofu becomes nice and crispy in about 15 mins

  6. But if you like them more crispy continue flipping them

  7. Let the tofu cool down a little

  8. In the meantime mix the kale, almonds and the rest of avocado oil

  9. Now add tofu and mix well

  10. Serve your Kale and Crispy Tofu Salad with Love
