How do I make it?

Dice tofu into small 1 inch pieces. And chop the almonds along the length
-
Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp avocado oil on medium heat
-
Add the tofu to the pan keeping the heat at medium
-
Flip the tofu every 5 mins
-
Usually the tofu becomes nice and crispy in about 15 mins
-
But if you like them more crispy continue flipping them
-
Let the tofu cool down a little
-
In the meantime mix the kale, almonds and the rest of avocado oil

Now add tofu and mix well
