How do I make it?

  1. Finely chop the onions and tomatoes

  2. With a knife cut the avocados in half, remove the seed, and take out the rest of avocado in a bowl

  3. With a spoon or fork smash the avocado  a number of times, to give it a chunky texture.

  4. Now add the onions, tomatoes, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  5. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix well

  6. I usually have the guacamole by itself or have them with parmesan chips. See Tips & Tricks to see where you can buy the parmesan chips
