  4. Organic Tamari Soy Sauce

  5. Rice Vinegar

  6. Broccoli

  7. Hot Sauce

How do I make it?

​

  1. Cut broccoli into small pieces.

  2. Cut the tofu into bite size pieces

  3. Take a pan and heat some avocado oil in it on medium flame

  4. Add the tofu and shallow fry it on high for 10 mins. Flip when one side looks nicely brown and roasted. Cook till both sides are crispy

  5. In the meantime take a blender and bledn ginger and garlic together

  6. Once tofu is done take it out in a plate

  7. In the same pan add the ginger garli paste and roast it on medium flame for 5 mins

  8. In a bowl mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, hot sauce, salt and pepper

  9. Add the mixture to the pan, stir well and cook for 2 mins on high flame

  10. Add the broccoli and cook in the mixture for 15 mins

  11. Finally turn the flame off add the tofu and green onion

  12. Serve your Crispy Tofu, Broccoli in Garlic Sauce with Love
