How do I make it?

-
Start with boiling water in a deep pan. The amount of water in the pan should be sufficient to completely submerge all 6 eggs
-
Once the water starts to boil drop the 6 eggs into it. Keep the flame high-medium and let the eggs cook in boiling water for 10 mins
-
In the meantime take another deep pan and fill it with ice cold water. Drop the boiled eggs (after the 10 min mark) into the ice cold water to make the peeling process easier
-
Let the eggs sit in the ice cold bath for 5 mins. In the meantime finely chop the onions and tomatoes
-
Peel the eggs and slice them along the length
-
Take out the yellow (yolk) part in a bowl using a spoon
-
Once you have all 6 yolks in the bowl, add the coconut milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. You can also use almond milk or just regular milk instead of coconut milk
-
To the mixture from Step 7 add onions, tomatoes and capers. To give the deviled eggs some more flavor you can also add some spices e.g., basil, oregano and/or rosemary
-
You are almost done. Take a tablespoon and start filling the whites of the eggs with the mixture
-
Serve your deviled eggs with Love.
