  1. Avocado

  2. Coconut Milk

  3. Sugar (or substitute)

  4. Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)

  5. Vanilla Extract

How do I make it?

  1. Place avocado and all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend together until it become super smooth and creamy. It may take some scraping the sides, but eventually it should blend well

  2. Once all the ingredients are well blended, pour into a container and freeze, covered, for at least 4-6 hours, or until frozen solid. Once frozen, remove from freezer and let ice cream soften on the counter for a while before trying to scoop it

  3. Serve your chocolate avocado icecream with Love.
