How do I make it?

-
Take a pan and melt 1 tbsp ghee in it on medium heat
-
Chop the paneer into small cubes and sautee in the ghee. Fry the paneer for 15 mins on medium-high heat. At the end of 15 mins at least 2 sides of each cube would be light brown and crisp
-
Take the paneer out in a bowl. Slice onions, green pepper and red pepper
-
Take the same pan from step 1 and melt 1 tbsp of ghee. Sautée onions, green and red pepper. Until they are cooked and have a nice golden brown color
-
In the meantime take a blender and blend the tomatoes along with garlic and ginger
-
Add the blended puree to the pan from step 4 and cook it on high heat till the tomatoes lose all of the water. Keep stirring every 5-10 mins. This is a critical step, make sure all of the water evapourates from tomatoes before you move to the next step. Your tomatoes will become like a thick paste when they are done
-
Now add soy source, vinegar, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to the pan. Mix well and cook for 10 mins with lid off
-
Finely chop the green onion. Add the green onions to the pan. Also add paneer from step 3 to the pan and cook for 10 mins on medium heat with lid on
-
Serve your paneer chilli with Love.
