How do I make it?

-
Start by washing chicken breasts and then pat them dry
-
Wrap each breast in cling foil. And with any wooden spoon that you may have at home pound the chicken till it becomes more even and thinner
-
Now sprinkle some garlic powder, thyme, dill, salt and pepper on each side of the breast and rub nicely into the skin
-
Let the chicken breasts sit aside for 10-15 mins
-
In the meantime, slice your mushrooms.
-
Take an iron skillet or any other pan and melt 1/2 tbsp of ghee
-
Once the ghee has melted add the mushrooms and cook till they are golden brown
-
Once done lower the flame and take the mushrooms out in a bowl.
-
Add another 1/2 tablespoon of ghee to the pan and now add your chicken breasts and cook on both sides till the chicken is almost cooked
-
Bring the flame to a high and add marsala wine. Wait till the marsala wine starts to boil
-
At this point in time lower the flame and add mushrooms to the pan
-
Cook on low flame for 15-20 mins or till the chicken is well cooked
-
Serve your chicken marsala with Love.
