How do I make it?

  1. Start by washing chicken breasts and then pat them dry

  2. Wrap each breast in cling foil. And with any wooden spoon that you may have at home pound the chicken till it becomes more even and thinner

  3. Now sprinkle some garlic powder, thyme, dill, salt and pepper on each side of the breast and rub nicely into the skin

  4. Let the chicken breasts sit aside for 10-15 mins

  5. In the meantime, slice your mushrooms.

  6. Take an iron skillet or any other pan and melt 1/2 tbsp of ghee

  7. Once the ghee has melted add the mushrooms and cook till they are golden brown

  8. Once done lower the flame and take the mushrooms out in a bowl.

  9. Add another 1/2 tablespoon of ghee to the pan and now add your chicken breasts and cook on both sides till the chicken is almost cooked

  10. Bring the flame to a high and add marsala wine. Wait till the marsala wine starts to boil

  11. At this point in time lower the flame and add mushrooms to the pan

  12. Cook on low flame for 15-20 mins or till the chicken is well cooked

  13. Serve your chicken marsala with Love.
