From where do I get the ingredients?
How do I pick the right ingredients?
I don't understand the measurements!
Show me your TIPS.
How do I make it?
-
Start by finely chopping onions and green peppers
-
Take a pan and heat ghee in it on medium to high flame
-
Add the onions, green peppers, pinch of salt and pepper to the pan and let them cook till they have become slightly brown
-
In the meantime wash the chicken breast well. Chop chicken into small pieces - as small as possible
-
Add chicken to the pan once the onions have turned light brown. Cook chicken till it turns white and is slightly crispy. About 15-20 mins
-
While the chicken and veggies are cooking you can go ahead and prepare your guacamole. For this recipe we will use a modified and simpler version of guacamole
-
Take the avocados and take its content out in a bowl. Add lemon juice, pinch of salt and pepper and mix well. Tadaa you are done with the guacamole
-
Once the chicken and veggies are cooked take them out in a bowl and let them cool down
-
Wash your lettuce well and drain all of their water. The fresh the lettuce is more crispy will be your tacos
-
Now its time to assemble. Order really does not matter here, its all going to taste the same at the end
-
However, this is what I do. Start by adding the chicken and veggies to the lettuce taco
-
Now add some salsa and guacamole
-
Top it off with some sour cream
-
Serve your Chicken Lettuce Tacos with Love.
